1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or utilizing MiloVoice ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian and international regulations. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2 Service Description
MiloVoice provides cutting-edge neural text-to-speech generation specifically tuned for Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Indian English). Features include:
- 140+ expressive AI voices with emotional modulation.
- 48kHz master audio generation and SRT subtitle exporting.
- Personalized AI voice cloning based on reference audio.
- Commercial usage licenses for YouTube, Reels, podcasts, and client deliverables.
3 User Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate information during signup. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities executed under your account.
4 Acceptable Use & Ethical AI Guidelines
MiloVoice enforces zero tolerance towards harmful content. You agree never to generate:
- Defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, or impersonating audio of public individuals without authorization.
- Hate speech or content intended to disrupt public order.
- Phishing scams or deceptive robocalls.
5 Pricing, Billing & GST
All subscription fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions renew automatically per monthly cycle unless cancelled. Indian business GST tax invoices are generated automatically.
6 Commercial License & Rights
Users on active paid plans receive full, royalty-free worldwide commercial rights to monetize generated audio files across YouTube channels, OTT platforms, social media, and commercial client advertisements.
7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
