1 Information We Collect
We gather the following minimal data necessary to deliver AI voice generation:
- Account Data: Full name, verified email address, hashed passwords.
- Voice Input & Scripts: Text scripts submitted for text-to-speech rendering and audio snippets provided for voice cloning.
- Transaction Data: Subscription tier, credit balances, and payment gateway confirmation tokens (processed securely via compliant Indian payment gateways; we never store raw debit/credit card numbers).
2 Voice Cloning & Audio Confidentiality
When you utilize our AI voice cloning tool, your voice sample is processed exclusively to construct a custom neural voice profile tied to your private account ID.
Your cloned voice is never made public or accessible to other creators on the platform unless explicitly authorized by you.
3 Data Security & Local Infrastructure
MiloVoice uses 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit. Server infrastructure resides in secure data centres complying with modern cloud security standards.
We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India and Digital Personal Data Protection guidelines.
4 Your Data Rights & Deletion
You have full ownership of your data. You may request account deletion, voice model purging, and generation history removal at any time by contacting our privacy officer.
