1 Credit Purchase Refunds

MiloVoice operates on a pay-per-use credit system with one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.

How Our Credit System Works:

  • Purchase credits as needed for text-to-speech conversion
  • Credits are consumed based on character count of your text
  • No expiration date on purchased credits
  • Pay only for what you use - no monthly fees

Important: All credit purchases are one-time transactions. You maintain full control over your spending with no surprise charges.

2 Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund of your credit purchase if you request it within 7 days, provided:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the credit purchase
  • You have used less than 1000 characters for text-to-speech conversion
  • The request is submitted through our official support channels
  • The original payment method is still valid for Credit time

Usage Threshold

The 1000 character limit ensures fair usage while allowing you to test our service quality:

  • Approximately 150-200 words of text conversion
  • Sufficient for testing voice quality and features
  • Character count includes spaces and punctuation
  • Usage is tracked automatically in your dashboard

3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Excessive Usage: Credit purchases where more than 1000 characters have been converted
  • Generated Content: Audio files that have been downloaded or used commercially
  • Late Requests: Refund requests made after the 7-day window
  • Promotional Credits: Free credits, bonus credits, or promotional offers
  • Third-party Services: Costs associated with external integrations or API usage
  • Processing Fees: Payment gateway charges or transaction fees

4 Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@milovoice.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant details about technical issues (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund/Credited Time:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

Note: Credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We'll provide a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5 Account Policies & Service Changes

Terms of Service Violations:

If your account is suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, refund eligibility may be affected. This includes:

  • Misuse of the service for illegal or harmful content
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Sharing account credentials or unauthorized reselling
  • Generating content that violates intellectual property rights

Service Discontinuation:

In the unlikely event that MiloVoice discontinues service, we will provide:

  • At least 30 days advance notice to all users
  • Refunds for unused credits purchased within 90 days
  • Data export options for your account history

6 Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you can:

  • Request a review by our senior support team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your case
  • Escalate to our management team for final review

We're committed to resolving all disputes fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

7 Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to all registered users
  • In-app notifications in your dashboard
  • Updates on our website with revision dates

Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
